Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and billing accurately Monitor guest behavior to promote safety and responsible alcohol service Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering, banquet, or nightclub events to meet specific service needs Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food safety, food handling, and responsible alcohol service regulations Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Experience in food industry roles including serving, catering, or retail math is advantageous Knowledge of brewing processes or hospitality industry standards is a plus Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests feel welcomed and appreciated!
