In this role, you will craft and serve a variety of beverages, engage with patrons in a lively environment, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. We want people to always want to come back to the bar due to our food and service. Responsibilities Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization Manage cash handling Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times. Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and beverages as needed to keep the bar fully equipped during busy hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining excellent customer service. Assist in training new team members Skills Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for cash handling. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication skills
