Bartender

Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and occasionally weekends. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fine dining environment. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by crafting high-quality beverages and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including martinis, cocktails, wines, and beers. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and offering recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including polishing glassware and restocking supplies as needed. Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Stay knowledgeable about drink recipes, menu offerings, and current trends in the beverage industry. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving drinks. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for guests. Experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality settings is preferred. Familiarity with cash register operations and experience using Toast POS systems is a plus. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Seasonal bartender position available. Tuesday through Thursday nights. Some weekends as needed. Must be okay with high volumes of people in the summer.
