Bartender

Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency, efficiency, and attention to quality Provide exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming and engaging guest experience Promote beverage offerings and contribute to sales through product knowledge and guest interaction Operate POS systems, including Toast POS, for order processing, billing, and cash handling Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all food safety and alcohol service standards Accurately handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations when needed Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and a safe environment Manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining strong service standards Support overall team operations and assist with opening, closing, and side work responsibilities Qualifications Previous bartending experience required; experience in fine dining, nightlife, banquet, or high-volume hospitality environments preferred Familiarity with Toast POS or similar systems preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Professional demeanor with the ability to stay composed under pressure Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills Ability to work nights, weekends, and busy shifts Prior serving, catering, or broader hospitality experience is a plus Interest in long-term growth and increased responsibility within the company is highly valued Growth Opportunity High-performing team members who demonstrate leadership, reliability, professionalism, and long-term commitment may be considered for future supervisory or management opportunities based on business needs and performance. Schedule & Availability Requirements Weekend availability is required. Applicants must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and some Sundays as scheduled. While we understand candidates may have school, second jobs, or other commitments, applicants must be consistently available to arrive no later than 4:00 PM for ALL SHIFTS and no later than 11:00 PM on Sundays. Please only apply if these scheduling requirements can be reliably met. Holiday Availability Holiday availability may also be required, as we are open during most major holidays throughout the year. The business is only closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Applicants should be comfortable working holiday shifts as needed. If working holidays would present a consistent scheduling conflict, this position may not be the right fit.

Pay:

$20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
