Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience. Manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining high standards of food safety and responsible alcohol serving practices. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food handling and sanitation guidelines. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties, ensuring proper cash flow management. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth operations during busy hours. Requirements Experience as a bartender or in food service. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Experience with brewing or beverage preparation techniques is a plus.
