Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an outstanding customer experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Develop and suggest beverage recipes to enhance the menu and cater to guest preferences Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service flow during busy hours and special events such as banquets or nightclubs Uphold all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies Assist in bar management duties including scheduling, training new staff, and maintaining compliance with hospitality industry standards Experience Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or catering environments Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests and handle diverse situations professionally Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and responsible alcohol service practices Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail Previous experience working with beverage menus that include spirits knowledge and cocktail creation is highly desirable Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for inventory management, and accurate order processing Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
