Bartender and Cook

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking bartender/cook to join our team. This is a fast-paced small-town bar & grill environment where employees help with a little bit of everything. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a good attitude and strong work ethic. Job Duties Bartending and serving customers Cooking simple bar food and fryer items Taking food and drink orders Cleaning and stocking the bar/kitchen Handling cash and card transactions Helping keep the business clean and running smoothly Working independently during slower shifts and efficiently during busy hours Requirements Must be dependable and show up on time Friendly with customers Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working nights and weekends Bartending or kitchen experience is a plus Wisconsin bartender license preferred (or willingness to obtain) What We Offer Competitive pay + tips Flexible scheduling Casual work environment Opportunity for additional hours and responsibility Small team where hard work is noticed and appreciated
