Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, with precision and flair. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage POS systems such as to process orders accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including Sky tab and cash handling and cashiering responsibilities. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures. Assist with food service when needed, including serving food at bars or during catering events. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service while balancing multiple tables or bar stations. Support nightclub or banquet operations as required, providing excellent service in high-energy environments. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and monitor guest behavior to promote safety. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during events like catering or special functions. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or banquet setting; fine dining experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as sky tab for order processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math applications, and accurate order calculations. Experience with brewing or beverage preparation is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to support a lively hospitality environment.
