Ideal candidates are outgoing with a passion for food & hospitality. Must be available to work Friday and Saturday dinner service.

Responsibilities Include :

Tending the bar Make drinks for the restaurant and bakery side, as needed Check Inventory of all items behind the bar Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously Present menus and make recommendations to guests Build meaningful relationships with returning guests Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction Clear tables and reset for the next guests Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements :

Minimum of 3 year experience as a bartender in a fine dining establishment Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work well in a team environment Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Bianca is a restaurant with a bakery offering a menu influenced by the owners' roots - Italian, Argentinean, French.
