Bartender

Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently. Engage with guests warmly, taking drink orders and offering recommendations to enhance their experience. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering and processing payments swiftly. Ensure responsible serving by monitoring guest intoxication levels and adhering to alcohol service regulations. Restock bar supplies, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware, to ensure smooth operations during busy hours. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently while maintaining high-quality service. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender is highly preferred. Familiarity with Maryland Lottery is preferred but willing to train. Proven ability to manage cash handling accurately and perform retail math calculations confidently. Experience in food service environments with a focus on customer service excellence is required. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is necessary for compliance purposes. Prior experience in the food industry or hospitality sector demonstrates your ability to thrive in fast-paced settings.
