Summary:

Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort is searching for dynamic Banquet Bartenders to join our vibrant team. As a Banquet Bartender, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences within our expansive 90,000 sq ft catering and conference space. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and a desire to contribute to the success of events.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, according to established recipes and customer preferences.

Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction with their beverage selections.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed.

Collaborate with the banquet team to ensure seamless coordination between bar and service.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Stand and move for extended periods.

Bend, stoop, and reach to perform tasks related to bartending.

Work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands associated with bartending.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a bartender, preferably in banquet or event settings.

Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage service.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexibility in working hours and days, including weekends and holidays.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
