Our dining room seats just 30 guests —this is not a high-volume operation but a high-end dining experience where attention to detail, unwavering hospitality, and polish are paramount to success in this role. Who We're Seeking We're looking for an experienced Bartender with deep knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktail craft who brings genuine warmth and professionalism behind the bar. The ideal candidate is gracious and welcoming, committed to delivering the highest quality of service in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. You're a motivated hospitality professional organized, friendly, and passionate who thrives as part of a team, performs well under pressure, and sets the stage for a memorable experience through precise execution and impeccable attention to detail. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To Graciously welcoming guests, prepared to deliver the highest level of service and hospitality Crafting cocktails and serving beverages with consistency, precision, and care Maintaining complete, detailed knowledge of all menu offerings, including the cocktail, wine, and spirits programs Communicating effectively both verbally and in writing with guests and team members in an attentive, friendly, and service-oriented manner Managing the bar station, including setup, stocking, cleanliness, and breakdown per management guidelines Ensuring all guests who consume alcoholic beverages are of legal age and do not become intoxicated Supporting coworkers in any way possible to ensure an exceptional guest experience Bringing a passion for excellence and a genuine delight in curating special experiences and lasting memories for our guests Exuding confidence while performing all duties Maintaining a dependable, flexible schedule (able to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays)
