Required Years of Experience 2 years Job Details We are looking for a Bartender with the passion and experience to join our family for our fourth year of Miracle the Pop Up and first year with an October pop up. Someone with experience in high volume craft programs that is looking for seasonal work during the holidays. With the opportunity to join the permanently after the holidays. Patrick Molloy's will be focusing on October till the beginning of January. Ideal candidates are looking to learn creative seasonally-inspired cocktail menu, warm conversation, and a fast pace program.
Responsibilities and requirements include:
Learning the bar program with the rest of the team over the month of October
Extensive knowledge of the cocktail menu will be required with training of POS and food menu
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively explain and describe drinks to guests, tailoring recommendations to their preferences. Must be available evenings and weekends 2+ Years bartending experience is required. Patrick Molloy's has been a staple of Hermosa Beach since 1996.
