The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment and possess ample beer and cocktail knowledge. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Manage the bar area efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, food safety standards, and responsible alcohol service practices. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling policies. Participate in catering events or banquets as needed, showcasing versatility in various service environments. Requirements Previous bartending experience is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs. Experience in brewing or knowledge of various beverage types is advantageous. A passion for the food industry and hospitality is essential for success in this role.
