BARTENDER

is responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere while preparing and serving beverages with care and precision. This role requires a strong foundation in mixology, clear communication and a genuine commitment to quality and hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Craft our delicious unique cocktails, while educating, interacting and connecting with our guests through food, beverage and cultureSet the ambiance (music, lights, cleanliness, etc) of the bar area for an enjoyable and memorable guest experienceAssess needs to ensure guest satisfaction and make recommendations to enhance flavor profiles with appropriate food and drink pairingsPrep and restock inventory, garnishes and juices to ensure no shortages during the shiftMaintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tools and equipmentBe personable, always greet patrons, engage with a positive attitude and make an effort to remember regularsBe a team player, and work together with your team to foster a healthy and warm atmospherePromptly address customer service issues and refer customers to management when necessaryPerform opening and closing duties as assignedSupport and assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
