Position Summary:

This role is more than just a HOST; it is an opportunity to be a part of a team that brings people together through food and culture. As a key part of the guest experience, you will help guide guests through a thoughtful dining journey, delivering genuine service and creating a positive, memorable experience. The HOST will be the first point of contact for our guest setting the tone for a warm and welcoming atmosphere and commitment to exceptional hospitality.

Job Responsibilities:

Warmly greet the guest in a timely, friendly and professional manner. Thank guest on their way out to complete the guest experienceWork closely with servers and management to coordinate seating, maintaining optimal dining room flow and accommodate special requestsProvide guests with detailed information about the menu and offer recommendations based on guest performancesSet ambiance (music, lights and cleanliness) of the dining room for an enjoyable and memorable guest performanceKeep the Front-of-House (FOH) area organized, clean and inventingAddress and resolve guest customers promptly, escalating issues to management when necessaryAssist with updating reservation log, resetting tables and other administrative tasks as neededMaintain up to date knowledge of current promotions, events and specials to effectively communicate with guests

Qualifications:
