Job Summary We're looking for outgoing, high-energy Bartenders who know how to run a busy bar and have a good time doing it. As a brand-new sports pub, we're building our team from the ground up and want people who bring great vibes, strong work ethic, and know how to keep the energy up—especially during big games and packed nights. This is a fast-paced, high-volume bar, so you need to be quick, organized, and comfortable handling a crowd. You'll be mixing drinks, keeping service moving, and interacting with guests to create a fun, welcoming atmosphere. If you're the type who can stay cool under pressure, talk to anyone, and keep the bar flowing, you'll fit right in. We're growing fast, and there's real opportunity here. We're not just hiring bartenders—we're building a team people want to be part of. Responsibilities Quickly and accurately prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Provide fast, friendly service while engaging with guests in a high-energy environment. Keep the bar stocked, clean, and organized throughout busy shifts. Handle cash, tabs, and POS transactions with accuracy. Stay aware of guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service. Restock beer, liquor, and supplies to keep up with high-volume demand. Maintain strong knowledge of drink specials, game-day promotions, and menu items. Work closely with servers and staff to keep service running smoothly during peak times. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards. Complete opening and closing duties efficiently. Skills Bartending or high-volume bar experience preferred. Strong personality—comfortable talking with guests and keeping the energy up. Ability to work quickly and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of beer, cocktails, and popular game-day drinks. Experience using POS systems and handling cash. Strong multitasking and time management skills. Team player with a reliable, hard-working attitude. Able to stand for long periods and handle busy, high-energy shifts. Understanding of responsible alcohol service practices.
