Line Cook

Job Summary We're looking for reliable, hardworking Line Cooks to join our team at a brand-new sports pub in Warrens, WI. This is a great opportunity to be part of building a kitchen from the ground up and grow with a fast-developing business. You'll be working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen—especially during game days—so the ability to stay organized, move with urgency, and maintain consistency is key. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to go, and can handle the pressure of a busy service. We're building a strong, long-term team and are ideally looking for someone local or someone who wants to be part of a tight-knit community and grow with us. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards. Maintain speed and consistency during high-volume service. Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines. Assist with food prep, portioning, and ingredient setup. Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed. Work with team members to ensure orders go out quickly and accurately. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Handle opening and closing duties, including cleaning and prep work. Skills Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred. Ability to work quickly and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and consistency. Ability to multitask and handle multiple orders at once. Team-oriented with a strong work ethic. Reliable and able to show up ready to work. Ability to stand for long periods and handle a physically demanding role. Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen practices.
