Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a lively and inviting atmosphere. Manage multiple drink orders while maintaining excellent time management to ensure prompt service during busy hours. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards and health regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end. Assist with food service when needed, including serving food items and supporting catering or banquet events. Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and responsible alcohol service, adhering to all food handling and beverage regulations. Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a fast-paced environment. Experience in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order totaling. Previous restaurant experience or retail food industry background is preferred; brewing or hospitality experience is a plus.
