Bartender & Guest Service

We are looking for an energetic, personable, and dependable Bartender / Bar Server to join our awesome team running our lobby bar. This role is either for this busy season (through October) or could be year round for the right individual. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely likes interacting with guests. Previous bartending experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who has the right attitude, personality, and interest in craft cocktails and hospitality.

Position Details Part-time:

approximately 2-4 shifts per week Evening availability is required Must have full availability through the end of October Weekend and holiday availability expected Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages efficiently and accurately Handle multiple drink tickets and cocktail orders at once while maintaining quality and consistency Provide warm, attentive, and engaging guest service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas Assist with opening and closing duties, stocking, prep, and general bar upkeep Work collaboratively with the rest of the team in a fast-paced environment Monitor guest experience and help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere Requirements Bartending or restaurant experience preferred, but not required Strong personality and guest interaction skills are essential Interest in learning cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverage service Ability to stay calm and organized during busy service periods Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Ability to stand for extended periods as required.

Pay:

$18.00 - $28.00 per hour
