Job Description
The Orchard Restaurant & Events Barn in Cashiers, NC is searching for a qualified individual for the positions of Servers and Bartenders/Hosts on our Dining Room staff. Positions are available for annual employment (part-time during off-season and full-time during season). Ideal candidates have food and beverage service experience in a casual fine dining atmosphere. The server position requires a solid background in mixed drink and wine service. Experience as a bartender or wine steward is helpful but not necessary. Having a positive attitude and being a team player, with a focus on excellent customer service is vital. Working in a fast-paced environment is rewarded with not only excellent compensation, but the personal pride and satisfaction of helping make our guests happy.
