$20-$35/hour including tips Base pay starts at $5/hour plus tips Higher hourly pay available for morning and daytime shifts before 3:00 PM The Reserve Tavern & Market is hiring energetic, dependable, and hospitality-focused Bartenders / Servers to join our growing team. We are a chef-driven tavern, wine bar, and retail market featuring gourmet comfort food, craft cocktails, bourbon, wine, beer, and THC beverages in a fast-paced but relaxed environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hospitality, customer interaction, cocktails, wine, bourbon, beer, and a unique food and beverage environment. Responsibilities Provide friendly and attentive guest service Take food and beverage orders accurately Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, THC beverages, and non-alcoholic beverages Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage offerings Handle POS transactions accurately Assist guests with retail beer, wine, and THC beverage selections Help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, bar, and market Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable transportation and strong attendance Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Weekend and evening availability preferred Bartending or serving experience preferred but not required for the right candidate Interest in hospitality, food, cocktails, bourbon, wine, beer, or THC beverages is a plus Why Join Us Higher hourly pay available for daytime shifts before 3:00 PM Growth and advancement opportunities Team-oriented environment Opportunity to learn about cocktails, bourbon, wine, beer, and specialty beverages Employee discounts If you are dependable, motivated, and passionate about hospitality, we would love to hear from you.
