Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Take food and drink orders promptly while providing friendly and attentive customer service. Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations to meet health standards. Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces for banquets or catering functions, ensuring all supplies are ready for service. Engage with guests to promote sales opportunities while providing knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including brewing options or fine dining selections. Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining, nightclub, or Craft Bars. Proficiency with POS systems such as Toast; experience with retail math and basic math skills is essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
