Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Bartender/Manager to lead our bar operations and Front of House team with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this role, you will craft exceptional beverages, deliver outstanding customer service, oversee daily bar activities and FOH to ensure a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Your leadership will help create memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend bartending expertise with managerial responsibilities in an elevated, hospitality-focused environment. •This position will include tips on top of the hourly rate given.•Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with precision, flair, and consistency, ensuring each guest receives top-quality drinks. Manage daily bar operations and FOH operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards aligned with food safety regulations. Lead and motivate the FOH team by providing training in POS systems such as Toast POS, along with customer service excellence. Oversee cash handling procedures, cashiering tasks, and accurate basic math calculations to ensure financial integrity. Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders efficiently, and resolving any issues promptly to enhance their experience. Coordinate with kitchen staff for food service and catering events such as banquets or nightclub functions to ensure seamless service delivery. Enforce responsible serving practices, uphold food safety standards, and ensure compliance with health regulations across all beverage operations. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or the food industry; banquet experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of POS systems like Toast POS and Square POS; familiarity with retail math and cash handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability in sales techniques and customer service excellence to foster guest loyalty. Prior supervisory or managerial experience in hospitality settings preferred; capable of leading a team effectively. Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling practices, and beverage preparation techniques including brewing expertise. Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions involving cash handling or retail math calculations. $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
