Bartender/Server

Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving guests, and ensuring a memorable experience in our establishment, whether it be in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or during catered events. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions efficiently using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems while ensuring accurate cash handling practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and ensure timely delivery of orders during busy periods. Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines for alcohol service, including checking identification to verify legal drinking age. Assist in the setup and breakdown of bar areas for special events, banquets, or catering functions as needed. Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently manage multiple orders during peak hours while maintaining quality service. Skills Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items and enhance guest experiences. Previous fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations within the food industry. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor. Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus.
