Bartender/Server

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction with drinks and service. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or Aloha POS system. Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to ensure the health and safety of customers. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering when necessary. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when applicable. Stay updated on drink trends, new products, and menu changes to enhance guest experience. Experience Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage preparation methods. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential. Experience using cash registers or Aloha POS systems is a plus. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are crucial for success in this role.
