Bartender/Server

Alma Brewing Co. is looking for a Bartender to join our team in Alma, MI.

Bartender Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages, including garnishing and mixing drinks. Greet customers, answer questions, and provide recommendations. Set up tables with appropriate serving utensils and tableware. Clean up after serving customers and take down all information. Receive and process food orders. Comply with nutrition standards and safety standards. Maintain a positive attitude and work with a team to help each other out! Other duties as assigned by management.

Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in the service industry, preferably in the food service industry. Knowledge of basic math concepts, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and subtraction across multiple categories of units. Able to communicate effectively with customers at all levels of the organization. Able to stand for long periods of time, frequently bending, twisting, reaching overhead, lifting up to 30 pounds without assistance, frequently walking in uneven or slanted terrain, frequently climbing ladders and stairs. Slower than average walking; requires extensive stamina to move quickly through the day.
