Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations to adhere to food safety and sanitation standards. Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change using retail math skills. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders during busy service periods like banquets or nightlife events. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs, monitoring guest consumption, and promoting a safe environment. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles such as fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; basic math skills are essential for cash handling and sales transactions. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours.
