Basement Waterproofing Supervisor

We are looking for a sharp, organized leader to manage our field production teams. This is a high-level position responsible for overseeing both construction crews and in-home installation technicians. You will serve as the bridge between the field and the office, ensuring every job is completed to our professional standards.

Key Responsibilities Leadership:

Supervise multiple construction laborer crews and in-home installation technicians.

Customer Service:

Act as the main point of contact for homeowners, providing on-site walkthroughs and handling customer calls.

Operations:

Manage essential office paperwork, job costing, and daily production reports.

Logistics:

Coordinate daily with our Inventory Control Specialist to ensure crews have all necessary materials.

Quality Control:

Conduct site visits to ensure safety and craftsmanship meet company standards.

What We're Looking For Leadership Experience:

3+ years managing teams or projects.

Experience:

Previous waterproofing experience is a plus, but not required —we will train the right leader.

Professionalism:

Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.

Organization:

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our Evans City office.
