Responsibilities Assist with menu planning and meal preparation to ensure timely and appealing food offerings Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to established recipes and safety guidelines Serve meals efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards Handle food safely by following proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Support catering events or special dining occasions with food setup and presentation Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment in compliance with health regulations Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless dining experience for all guests or residents Skills Prior dietary department experience or dietary aide experience preferred Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods Experience in menu planning and meal assembly in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with fine dining standards and food presentation skills Proficiency in food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation practices Restaurant or kitchen experience demonstrating excellent food service skills Ability to work efficiently with knife skills, culinary techniques, and catering support tasks Join us if you're passionate about food service, eager to grow your culinary expertise, and committed to providing exceptional dining experiences.
