  • Full-time Full-Time | Clinic-Based | Leadership Growth Opportunity Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Richmond, VA clinic.

Position Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Design and oversee ABA programming and behavior intervention plans Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians Monitor client progress and make clinical modifications as appropriate Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members Support a positive and clinically excellent treatment environment
Schedule:
This is a full-time position requiring reasonable flexibility in work hours to meet client, clinical, and operational needs. Schedules are generally aligned with clinic operations, with occasional adjustments as necessary to ensure continuity of care, regulatory compliance, staff support, and operational effectiveness. Hybrid flexibility may be considered for candidates able to maintain consistent onsite presence.
Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field required Must be eligible to practice in Virginia Prior ABA clinical experience required Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills preferred Passion for improving outcomes for children with autism and their families
