Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis and special education, with a focus on providing effective interventions for children with behavioral challenges. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in assessing, designing, and implementing behavior intervention plans to enhance the quality of life for our clients. Duties Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess the needs of clients. Develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles. Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies to improve client outcomes. Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions. Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with regulations. Provide supervision and guidance to RBTs on Behavior plans. Provide training and support to caregivers on behavior management techniques. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in the field. Skills Proficient in medical documentation and maintaining accurate medical records. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques and methodologies. Experience working within special education settings is highly desirable. Ability to conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments. Skilled in data collection and analysis to inform treatment decisions. Demonstrated experience working with children, particularly those with behavioral challenges. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with families and professionals. A compassionate approach to patient care that prioritizes the well-being of clients.Why Us:
