Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Advance your career working directly in educational settings, making a true impact as an onsite Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the upcoming school year. This exciting contract position is located near Lavaca, AR, offering a unique opportunity to collaborate with dedicated staff and support student success in a vibrant, evolving school environment. Key Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification and valid licensure required Prior experience working within educational or school-based settings preferred Strong analytical, assessment, and documentation skills Excellent communicator and collaborator across multidisciplinary teams Commitment to student-centered advocacy and evidence-based intervention
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans Provide direct and indirect support and guidance to instructional staff and families Train and coach school personnel in implementing behavior plans and data tracking Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Maintain thorough records in compliance with school and ethical standards Serve as a behavioral expert and resource during meetings, consultations, and IEP processes You'll take part in virtual interviews and be welcomed as an essential part of a supportive, forward-thinking educational team.
