Minimum Qualifications:
Must have a Building Level Administrator license and meet all requirements set forth by the Arkansas Department of Education. Possess effective leadership and communication skills, knowledge of curriculum, content standards and instructional practices, as well as familiarity with state and federal laws, policies, and procedures pertaining to public education. Experience with accountability measures, assessments, professional development, budgets, and building operations preferred. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the school, including managing staff and activities, establishing schedules, and overseeing security Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal education laws and regulations Develop and implement school policies, procedures, and goals aligned with district and state standards Ensuring a structured, safe and positive learning environment Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and facility management Lead curriculum development and instructional initiatives to enhance student achievements Supervise and evaluate teachers and staff, providing professional development and coaching Analyze student performance data to drive school improvement strategies Ensure a safe and inclusive school environment for all students and staff Handle student issues and discipline, and provide support to teachers Develop crisis response plans and coordinate emergency preparedness drills Foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration among educators Serve as the primary point of contact between the school, parents, and the community Communicate effectively with all stakeholders regarding school initiatives, events, and policies Build partnerships with local organizations, businesses, and community leaders Attend extracurricular activities and monitor student and community activity
