We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who thrives on collaborating with school staff and making a significant difference for students with unique behavioral needs. Key Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification required Experience conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with Special Education teachers and school staff Ability to supervise and mentor educators working toward emergency certification Adaptable and solution-oriented approach to challenges in school environments
Role Responsibilities:
Provide BCBA services on a part-time schedule: 2 days per week, 14 hours total Oversee and guide Special Education teachers as they receive emergency credentials for conducting FBAs Complete classroom observations and student FBAs and create BIPs as the school's needs and time permit Deliver supplemental behavioral support in alignment with the district's grant-funded initiatives Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to build teacher capacity and foster positive student outcomes This contract position is set to begin on August 3, 2026, and run through May 26, 2027, and is contingent upon grant funding.
