As a STIHL Service Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting our power equipment department by ensuring customers' outdoor equipment stays reliable, safe, and ready to perform. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on mechanical work, problem-solving, and helping customers with practical solutions in a family-oriented environment. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair STIHL outdoor power equipment including: Chainsaws Trimmers Blowers Battery-powered equipment Assemble and prepare new equipment for customer pickup or sale. Complete warranty claims and maintain accurate repair documentation. Communicate repair timelines, maintenance recommendations, and service details clearly with customers. Ensure all serviced equipment meets safety and operational standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient service workspace. Participate in ongoing STIHL factory training and certification opportunities. Support the overall success of the power equipment department through excellent customer service and technical expertise.
