What You'll Do Manage and follow up with customer leads across sales, service, and parts Build and maintain a strong customer database for retention Schedule and confirm high-quality appointments Communicate with customers via phone, email, and digital platforms Stay current on promotions, pricing, and dealership offerings Turn inquiries into appointments and opportunities What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable with phones, CRM systems, and basic computer functions Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Ability to manage time and multitask effectively Bilingual and/or dealership experience is a plus
