Job Description
Join a global leader in the cosmetics industry, recognized as one of the biggest suppliers and a key player in the research, development, and production of beauty products worldwide. We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Quality Control Manager to lead all aspects of Quality measurement, product inspection, and in-process testing. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of accuracy in inspections, efficiently allocating resources to keep orders on schedule, and managing the training, discipline, and morale of a dynamic quality control staff. This is an opportunity to oversee a significant team and directly impact product excellence in an FDA-regulated environment with a focus on Quality Systems, including GMP and GLP.

$80,000 - $100,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4PMeducation:
BachelorsResponsibilities Manage all aspects of Quality measurement, product inspection, and in-process testing. Ensure QC personnel accurately perform required inspections per quality documentation and efficiently allocate resources to maintain orders on schedule. Responsible for the training, discipline, and morale of the staff. Conduct testing of materials and final products for compliance to issued specifications. Determine final product disposition, including approving and rejecting all batches and managing product hold. Convert product specifications into production line documentation (checklists/forms) and issue Finished Product Documentation (e.g., COA) and Pre-Shipment Samples to clients. Oversee the management of document and product sample retention requirements, and review/sign off on records for OTC Products. Monitor and confirm production operations conform to specifications, including Line Clearance and Critical Process Parameter Line Set Up. Manage QC work schedules, allocate QC personnel to the production line, and perform staff performance evaluations.
