BDC Representative

We are looking to add a qualified BDC Representative to our team. Handle inbound leads (phone, internet) and direct to appropriate contact Contact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty Develop pipeline of sales and business opportunity (partnerships, etc.) leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals Work with sales department to develop sales strategies and techniques Research and stay current in consumer and industry trends Communicate industry news and trends to management and dealership employees Outstanding Customer Service Auto dealership retail new car experience Auto dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC) experience Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry Superior communication and customer service skills Excellent follow-through skills Solid working knowledge of the Internet Familiarity with automotive financing Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
