Job Description

Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Beach Attendant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for guests at our beautiful contracted beaches. In this lively role, you'll be the friendly face, delivering exceptional guest services, and maintaining the pristine condition of our beach equipment and area. Your energy and hospitality will help visitors relax, have fun, and feel cared for from sunrise to sunset. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors in a dynamic environment, engaging with diverse guests of all ages. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing information about amenities and safety guidelines to enhance their beach experience Monitor beach activity to ensure guest safety, including lifeguard duties if certified, and respond promptly to emergencies or distressed visitors Manage guest inquiries with professionalism, offering assistance with directions, rentals, or event details to foster a welcoming atmosphere Oversee the organization and cleanliness of beach equipment, including chairs, umbrellas, and recreational gear Handle transactions accurately for rentals, concessions, or activity fees while maintaining proper records Coordinate and support special events or activities such as beach rentals, and bonfires. Enforce rules and regulations related to safety, conduct, and environmental preservation while managing conflicts diplomatically Experience Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles within resort or recreational settings preferred Lifeguard experience with current certification highly desirable; training provided if necessary Background in events management or organizing group activities is a plus Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism. Public speaking skills that enable effective communication with diverse audiences in outdoor environments This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about creating joyful moments at the beach while ensuring safety and comfort for all guests.
