Job Description:

Located within Waikoloa Resort, a private beach club is seeking a reliable, friendly, and service oriented Beach Club Attendant to support daily operations and help provide a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for owners and guests. This position includes owner and guest assistance, facility monitoring, general cleaning of the Beach Club common areas, and housekeeping duties for two rental hales.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, housekeeping, or facility upkeep preferred. Friendly, professional, and able to communicate well with owners, guests, and staff. Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently or as part of a team, including weekends and holidays as needed. Able to stand for extended periods and perform cleaning, lifting, and carrying as needed. Computer experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist owners and guests in a friendly and professional manner. Help keep the Beach Club clean, organized, and presentable, including common areas, bathrooms, kitchen, pool deck, and related facilities. Provide housekeeping for two rental hales, including cleaning, restocking, and preparing the hales for scheduled reservations. Provide towel service, assist with in-house laundry, restock supplies, and assist with general amenity use. Monitor beach club areas, help enforce facility rules, and report safety or maintenance concerns. Assist with reservations, events, and other daily operational needs as assigned. Work cooperatively with staff and management, communicating effectively to maintain smooth operations and foster a positive work environment.
