DSN Beach Club in Deal, NJ, is looking for energetic, person-centered Member Services Associate to join our team for the upcoming 2026 summer season. If you love the outdoors, enjoy helping people, and want to be at the heart of the summer action, we want to meet you! What You'll Be Doing As a Front Desk / Member Services Agent, you are the face of the club. Your "office" is a amazing beach club and summer hangout, and your mission is to ensure our members have a seamless experience from the moment they arrive.

Member Relations:

Greet members with a smile and assist with any inquiries or needs.

Telephones:

Answer calls, transfer and / or assist callers with variety of inquaries

Digital Imaging:

Take and process membership ID photos.

Event Access:

Manage ticket sales and check-ins for our exciting summer events.

Information Hub:

Act as the go-to expert for club schedules, amenities, and rules.

What We're Looking For Sun Seekers:

Comfortable working in an indoor and outdoor environment throughout the summer.

People Persons:

Friendly, professional, and ready to provide top-tier service.

Tech Savvy:

Ability to handle basic photo software and point-of-sale systems.

Reliability:
