Sapp Bros., Inc. is excited to open our new Beans & Brew location in St. George, Utah! We are looking for a motivated and experienced Lead to help launch our fast-casual coffeehouse and café concept. What You'll Do:

As a Beans & Brew Lead, you'll support the Store Manager in daily operations while leading by example to ensure a high-performing team and exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities include:

Supervising and mentoring team members, including Baristas and Cashiers Assisting with scheduling, training, and performance feedback Ensuring smooth operations during shifts, including guest service, drink preparation, and store cleanliness Handling cash, deposits, and transactions accurately Upholding food and beverage safety and sanitation standards Supporting the Store Manager in achieving operational and service goals

What We're Looking For:

Minimum Age:

18 years or older

Leadership Skills:

Friendly, motivational, and able to guide a team in a fast-paced café environment

Customer-Focused:

Dedicated to providing a 5-star experience for every guest
