Behavior Technician / ABA Therapist (Full-Time)

What You'll Do As a Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist, you will: Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in center, home, school, and community settings Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs developed by a BCBA Collect and record behavioral data accurately Complete session notes and documentation in a timely manner Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills Follow BACB ethical and professional guidelines What We Offer Competitive pay: $25-$30/hour Full-time hours with flexible scheduling Free RBT training and access to a professional training library •Free supervision for BCBA candidates•Weekly in-person BCBA support and mentorship Career advancement and professional development opportunities Health, Dental & Vision insurance Paid time off Supportive and collaborative team culture Qualifications We're looking for candidates who are compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or actively pursuing a degree in psychology, education, early childhood education, or a related field RBT certification OR willingness to complete certification within 60 days of hire Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with families and clinical staff Additional Requirements Successful completion of background check Two professional references CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire) Reliable transportation for travel between service locations •if applicable• About Autism Learning Institute (ALI) Autism Learning Institute (ALI) is a trusted ABA therapy provider serving children and families throughout northern New Jersey.
