Hours:

3:00 PM - 6:15 PM In-person services only at our Chatham, NJ center What You'll Do As part of our growing clinical team, you will: Conduct speech and language evaluations for pediatric clients ages 2-18 Provide individualized speech therapy services for children with autism spectrum disorder and related diagnoses Develop treatment plans and measurable therapy goals Collaborate closely with BCBAs, behavior technicians, and families Complete clinical documentation and evaluation reports Provide parent guidance, education, and support as appropriate Help children improve communication, social interaction, and functional language skill What We Offer Competitive compensation: $65-$90/hour Flexible scheduling Collaborative team environment with BCBAs, behavior therapists, and allied health professionals Beautiful 4,000 sq. ft.

Qualifications Required Active New Jersey Speech-Language Pathology license Pediatric therapy experience Minimum 1 year of experience working with children diagnosed with ASD Strong communication and collaboration skills Passion for helping children reach their fullest potential Preferred Experience in interdisciplinary or autism-focused settings Availability for afternoon/evening sessions Willingness to grow with an expanding program to begin credentialing and secure your spot for our Fall 2026 expansion!

Pay:

$65.00 - $85.00 per hour
