Flex / As
-Needed RBT Flex employees support our clinic as needed and must maintain reasonable availability within the clinic schedule (8:30 AM 5:30 PM MondayFriday) to assist with coverage, client scheduling needs, and program continuity. What You'll Do As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children and families to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Key responsibilities include:
Implement ABA programs designed by Behavior Analysts Provide direct oneonone therapy with clients Collect and record behavioral data accurately Support skill development through playbased and naturalistic learning Collaborate with supervisors and clinical staff Maintain professionalism and strong communication with families and team members Your dedication helps create life-changing progress for the individuals we serve. Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing High school diploma or equivalent required Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to work within clinic scheduling expectations Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills We're looking for professionals who embody our core values: Proactive- Driven
