Job Description
The Human Resources Business Partner position is classified as supporting department for the Regional Care Group network. The incumbent hired will represent Regional Care Group network on official communications.
Position Description:
Geminus Corporation, part of Regional Care Group, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support a large-scale, statewide program in partnership with the State of Indiana. This is a hands-on HR leadership role responsible for executing all HR functions for a rapidly growing, multi-site workforce. This position is not just advisory, you will be directly responsible for ensuring all HR processes are completed, compliant, and running smoothly across the program. This role is part of the Human Resources Department and will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, working closely with the HR team to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization.Essential Functions:
Own & Execute HR Operations Manage the full employee lifecycle from hire to separation Ensure HR processes are completed accurately, timely, and in compliance Serve as the primary HR contact for program leadership and staff Recruitment & Staffing Execution Lead and support high-volume hiring across multiple locations Actively screen, interview, and move candidates through the hiring process Ensure positions are filled quickly to meet program timelines Employee Relations & Performance Management Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and resolutions Administer performance management and progressive discipline Ensure consistent application of policies across all sites HR Compliance & Administration Oversee onboarding, background checks, and employee documentation Manage benefits questions, leave (FMLA), and workers' compensation Ensure compliance with employment laws and contract requirements Program Support & Reporting Support multiple locations statewide as the HRBP Monitor staffing levels, turnover, and workforce trends Provide regular updates and reporting to the CHRO Ability to coordinate the recruitment process (sourcing, selection, tracking & analysis) within a business unit, while interacting and collaborating with business unit managers Possess thorough knowledge of HR related federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and policy guidelines Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to consistently provide sound counsel to managers in issues related to employee relations Knowledge of best practices and labor laws. Demonstrated ability to meet established productivity expectations. Versatile with computer software programs including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point Detailed orientated with ability to multi-task with projects. Attend and represent Human Resources at regular management meetings Conduct regular meetings (check ins) with new hires. Consult with management providing HR guidance when appropriate. Perform clerical and general office duties to assist the activities of the HR Department Assists with departments audits when needed Scan documents into the database and run reports as needed Must be willing to travel to business unit locations Attend job fairs as needed Other duties as assignedRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field Ability to be hands-on and accountable for execution 5-8+ years of progressive HR experience Strong experience in employee relations, compliance, and HR operations Experience in multi-site or high-growth environments Strong knowledge or recruitment practices, policies and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a teamBenefits:
