We are currently seeking compassionate, energetic, and reliable individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians (BTs). No prior ABA experience is required — paid training is provided for the right candidates. This is a great opportunity for students, recent graduates, paraprofessionals, childcare workers, teachers, and anyone interested in psychology, education, social work, or healthcare. must have after-school availability from around 3 PM to 6:30PM, ideally, but flexible! Responsibilities Provide 1:1 support to children with autism and developmental needs Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA Help clients improve communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills Collect and record session data accurately Use positive reinforcement and behavior management strategies Communicate professionally with supervisors and families Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for clients Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation preferred Experience working with children is a plus, but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Patience, professionalism, and willingness to learn Ability to pass background checks After school hours availability What We Offer Paid training provided Flexible scheduling Full-time and part-time opportunities available Supportive supervision and ongoing mentorship Opportunity for growth within the company Experience in the ABA and mental health field Positive and team-oriented work environment Preferred Backgrounds Candidates with experience or interest in the following are encouraged to apply: Childcare Teaching or paraprofessional work Psychology Education Social work Healthcare Human services Apply today and start a rewarding career helping children reach their full potential!
