Behavior Therapist / RBT In Home ABA Therapy in San Manuel, AZ

Behavior Therapist / RBT - 30 Hours per Week - San Manuel, AZ (In-Home) Advanced Autism Services is hiring a Behavior Therapist (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for a child in San Manuel, AZ. This is a consistent 30-hour per week in-home case, offering stable daytime hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a child's life.

Schedule:

Sessions occur between 8:00 AM - 5:00 pm In-home setting in San Manuel, AZ Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA Collect behavior data and complete session notes Work collaboratively with supervisors and caregivers Maintain professionalism and client confidentiality

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent Active RBT certification or willingness to complete the certification program prior to working Ability to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card and Article 9 certification Experience with children and/or individuals with autism preferred Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and pass a background check Minimum availability of 15 hours per week, with flexibility as caseload increases No RBT Cert? No problem! Our training program provides all staff with the full RBT certification within 90 days The training steps include: 1 . 40-hour online ABA course (Must complete before starting) 2 . Initial Competency Assessment 3 . Take and pass RBT exam
