Position Summary The Columbus Organization is seeking a licensed Behavioral Health Clinician for an on-site opportunity in Warren, Arkansas. This position supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and co-occurring behavioral health needs within a multidisciplinary care environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about providing meaningful behavioral health support while collaborating with an experienced interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Conduct behavioral health evaluations, assessments, and treatment planning Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy services Deliver ongoing treatment monitoring, progress reviews, and clinical documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including medical providers and direct care staff Participate in care planning meetings and required committees Provide consultation, staff training, and clinical recommendations Respond to behavioral health crisis situations as needed, including on-call coverage Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and confidentiality standards Schedule & Work Environment Minimum of 32 hours per week On-site, 5 days per week Limited telehealth opportunities available with approval Collaborative, team-oriented clinical setting Qualifications Master's degree or higher in a behavioral health-related field Board Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA) or Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Psychologist Active Arkansas license required Minimum of 2 years of experience providing behavioral health services Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills Additional Requirements Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment Compliance with HIPAA and all applicable state and federal regulations Participation in emergency response and on-call coverage as needed Eligibility for Medicaid enrollment/provider status Why Join The Columbus Organization Meaningful clinical work supporting underserved populations Long-term contract opportunity with renewal potential Collaborative and mission-driven environment Opportunity to make a lasting impact in behavioral health services The Columbus Organization Because Everyone Deserves A Meaningful Life We are an Equal Opportunity Employer
